Why did you write this e-book?

I went through such pain and suffering when I was depressed that I wanted to package this life-saving material together in order to help others. I have met so many people who are suffering from depression; I decided to share the principles of lifestyle change that saved my life.


How was your e-book developed?


WIN OVER DEPRESSION is a culmination of years of research from books, videos, CD’s, tapes, magazine articles, etc. Several years ago, my wife and I developed an interest in living a healthy lifestyle, so I have had numerous discussions and interviews with physicians, counselors, chiropractors, physical trainers and others in the health – diet - exercise fields. We have incorporated the latest nutritional information that is available.
